You’ll work directly with a trauma-informed Care Manager who walks alongside you to apply those tools in real-time — empowering you problem-solve, build connection, and move toward healing.
You’ll meet weekly via Zoom with a trauma-informed Care Manager who will provide guidance, tools, and emotional support tailored to your family’s needs. This service is typically 4-6 months and is designed to help you build skills, reduce stress, and support healing in your home.
Our intake team will help walk you through the application process and see if our service model fits your family’s needs. They’ll also explain costs and help connect you with any available funding support.
